At Heosphor, we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of the services we offer, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.
1. Services Covered
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Heosphor, including but not limited to:

Consulting services for applying spirituality to creative and marketing endeavors
2. Refund Eligibility

Psychic Readings and Spiritual Counseling: Due to the personal and interpretative nature of these services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the service has been provided.

Consulting Services: Due to the ongoing nature of such services, rather than refunds provided, we are happy to work with you to address concerns through providing a amended statement of work that seeks to resolve any issues that have arisen. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and the extent of the services rendered. Partial refunds or adjustments may be offered at our discretion.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Rescheduled sessions are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations: If you cancel a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be allowed to reschedule the appointment to a later date. Refunds are not provided. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
5. Digital Products
For any digital products, including downloadable content or e-courses, all sales are final. Refunds are not available for digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.
6. Refund Process
If a refund is granted, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.
